Planning the Session
"[T]he human rights agenda is rooted in cultures across the world. Respect for human life, and human dignity, wellbeing and justice, are common to us all. 'Faith' can indeed stand up for 'Rights' so that both enhance each other."
Michelle Bachelet
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights
The Planning Guide located at the bottom of this lesson can help you as you plan your Faith for Rights sessions. It can be downloaded, edited, and printed as needed.
For each of the 18 learning modules, facilitators need to prepare and choose the most relevant learning material among the wide range of resources offered. Facilitators will also need to relate it to their respective environments and learning objectives. As you prepare, and as you facilitate Faith for Rights sessions, continue to think through the sessions and take into account any feedback from participants so as to adapt to the needs of the audience.
