This Facilitator Guide is an interactive course that will familiarize you with the foundations of Faith for Rights, best practices for engaging with participants, and how to set up a Faith for Rights session. Facilitators should complete this course before facilitating a Faith for Rights session. Materials needed: A notebook or electronic device that serves as a Facilitator Journal to complete learning exercises and record your ideas.

Learning Objectives
- Facilitators will become familiar with the purposes and background of Faith for Rights and understand their role as a facilitator.
- Facilitators will know how to engage in peer-to-peer learning and how to use the modules and learning paths to conduct Faith for Rights sessions.
- Facilitators will view participants as leaders and will understand the five principles of facilitation used in the Faith for Rights framework.
- Facilitators will learn to engage participants in productive, safe, and useful conversations.
- Facilitators will learn how to plan a Faith for Rights session, including different formats, inviting participants, and using the website.
